Quiet hours 9 PM – 9 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum at all other times. No parties or additional guests. No music outdoors. **Only guests included in the booking are permitted to enter the property. **Kindly remove shoes inside the house. **No pets. We love our furry friends, however, we do not allow any pets due to acute allergy and health reasons. A $500 fine will be incurred if unauthorized pets are brought. Failure to disclose an animal on property is grounds for cancellation. **No third-party booking. Person booking must be a guest staying at the property. ****6 guests max. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is allowed to stay at the house. Any violation of this rule will result in your immediate vacancy of the house. **Our neighbors are full-time residents and are wonderful people. Please be respectful and mindful of noise during your stay. **Art and Decor: Our house has been lovingly and thoughtfully curated with decor and details from our personal collection. Please enjoy, but do not re-arrange the furniture, art, or decor. If there is something you love, please let us know! We will happily share the vendor/artist contact information with you! **Illegal drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs or firearms of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately. **SLIP and FALL hazardous conditions can occur, especially during the winter months. The owners or property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. **The hosts/owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any unforeseen harm arising from their use of the premises. ** Only flush toilet paper in bathrooms. Any damage to our pumps or pipes due to not following this rule will result in guest's payment for the repair bills. **We are committed to maintaining a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors. **We follow Mt. Pleasant rental regulations. **The Guest acknowledges there may be smart home detectors (no recording capabilities) inside the property. Any attempt by the Guest(s) to tamper, void, cover, remove, or damage these devices will result in an immediate termination of this rental agreement and eviction without refund, as well as a $500 fine. **As part of the booking process, we ask that you verify your details by uploading an ID no more than 24 hours after booking is approved. **Guests are not allowed to make any alterations, modifications, additions, or improvements to any part of the Property, including both the interior house and exterior yard, without Landlord’s prior written consent. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, relocating or modifying indoor or outdoor furniture, hanging or removing signs or flags, and installing, modifying, or attaching outdoor equipment or fixtures such as basketball hoops or trampolines. All amenities, fixtures, and grounds must remain in their original condition and placement throughout the term of the stay. **Guests must place all food waste and trash inside securely tied bags—no loose food or loose waste is permitted. All trash and recycling bins must be placed at the street on designated collection days according to the local schedule and promptly returned to their proper storage area after pickup.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including both levels and the private driveway. Check-in is seamless via a secure smart lock, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Whether you are settling in for a visit or a longer transition, the space is yours to enjoy in total privacy.
